Write your diary and training journal

5/19/2013

I used to write a diary and training journal about what training I did, what new things I learnt, what I did good and bad from training that day, what I could fix for the next training, etc..
This diary wasn’t just about training but also about what I thought, felt or something I wanted to remember from that day.

Each year on my birthday I checked my improvement by looking at this diary. To make sure I had improved everything, not just physically but also my mind, spirit, knowledge and so on.

If I had not improved in something, I would focus on that part from that year

I wanted to improve as a fighter and martial artist even as a person.

I have heard in some cases it was found that one of the differences between Olympic gold medallists and silver medallists were gold medallists were writing their dairy and training journal, but silver medallists weren't.

We should keep record what we have learnt etc. Otherwise the experience and learning time could be wasted, because people usually forget nearly 50% of what they've learnt the next day, and forget nearly 80% after one week.

If you want to improve quicker and want to keep improving, write your dairy and training journal!!
